Voice Response System Training
The Voice Response System has been upgraded to a web application to approve timecards. This system will be available as of April 21, 2010.
This course is designed to provide field manager training on the new upgraded application and to understand all the new functionality.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Log on to the new system
- Understand all of the new functionality regarding timecard authorization
- Understand the reporting functions
- Reset your own password
The training materials are available for download below. Watch the training video and then download the training manual for reference and to log into the test system. We recommend you use the test system to practice.
